GTH Copper coated, low alloy Wire for GMAW of T1 and HARDOX steel

GTH Copper coated low-alloy wire with Ni-Cr-Mn, for GMAW welding in all positions.
Suitable for single pass or multipass welding of low-alloy steels with minimum yield stress of 610 MPa and with tensil strenght up to 750 MPa (type T1, N.A.XTRA, VELDOX and similar).
It can be used also when good low temperature toughness are required.
To, obtain the best results, the use with low heat input is advised.
Good bead shape and low spatters is another GTH wire peculiarity.
Typical Applications included: Metal working industry, Structural and steel frame construction, Ship building, Chemical and Petrochemical Industry, Vessels, Boilers and Industrial machinery fabrication.
Shielding Gas: preferably with Ar/CO2, but it can be used also with 100% CO2

Available in diam. 1.0, 1.2 mm. In 15 kgs steel spool, with precision winding

C 0.08-0.10, Mn 1.60-1.80, Si 0.60-0.80, S 0.018, P 0.015, Ni 0.50-0.65, Cr 0.55-0.65, Mo 0.25-0.30, Cu 0.30

Tensile strength: 760 MPa
Yield strength: 680 MPa

Charpy V-Notch Impact Properties:
