SIDER FLUX F500 SAW flux for Stainless Steel and Duplex Stainless Steel welding

SIDER FLUX F500 SAW flux for Stainless Steel and Duplex Stainless Steel welding

SIDER FLUX F500 is a basic non-alloying bonded flux suitable for welding stainless and duplex stainless steels.
SIDER FLUX F500 offers superior performance for both joining & cladding of austenitic stainless steel with or without Nb-stabilization & duplex stainless steels.
It provides excellent slag removal also in narrow V-joints.
It can be used for single and multipass welding in butt weld, fillet weld and overlay.
It allows high welding speed on thin thicknesses in single or multipass.
Welding Current: DC or AC (DC Constant Voltage for low current use)
Application:
Food Industry, Process Industry, Pipeline, General Fabrication, Chemical and Petrochemical applications, Pressure vessel, Rail Road Car, Power Generation
Available in 25 kgs bag
