S4 High Manganese Submerged Arc Cupper Coated Solid Wire

S4 is a high manganese wire for single or multipass welding. Produces higher strength levels than either S1 or S2 wires.
Best mechanical properties, both as welded and stress relieved, are possible when used with the fluxes 160F, 188F.
Applications include seam welding on hot water tanks, valves and fittings, heavy vessel fabrication, heavy structural steel fabrication.
Available in diam. 2.38, 3.17, 3.97 mm. In 27 kgs spool and 400 kgs drum
