SIDERINOX 347 (E347-16 Calcium-Rutile Welding Elettrode)

SIDERINOX 347 (E347-16 Calcium-Rutile Welding Elettrode)

SIDERINOX 347 is an all position welding electrode designed to run on direct current, reversed polarity as well as alternating current.
SIDERINOX 347 is recommended where conditions require maximum resistance to corrosion and the addition of columbium makes it resistant to intergranular corrosion by reducing the possibility of intergranular carbide precipitation.
Due to the strengthening effect of columbium, this grade is recommended if the weld metal is to be subjected to high temperatures above 370°C.
APPLICATIONS: This electrode was spe¬cially developed for welding grades of similar chemical composition such as 302, 304, 321 and 347.
SIDERINOX 347 is well suited for nuclear power plants.
