Fe SG1 is silicon and manganese deoxidized rod for GMA welding of non alloyed steels.Good mechanical and toughness properties.
Suitable for root pass on pipe welding, without backing gas.
Applications: Metal working industry, Vessels, Boilers fabrication, Chemical and Petrolchemical industry, Piping fabrication, Coachbuilders.
Shielding Gas: 100% Ar
Available in 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, 2.4, 3.2 mm. diam and 1000 mm. long cut length rods embossed on each end for ease of alloy identification even after the rod is partially consumed, and in 5 kgs pacs.
